Renewable Energy on Your Farm or Small Business – Key Peninsula
September 26, 2018 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
FreeOur Climate Resiliency Program is working hard to help local farms and rural small businesses save money and benefit local conservation efforts. Join us on September 26th on Key Peninsula to learn about two programs we offer to assist with energy efficiency upgrades and renewable energy installations. We’re proud to be partnered with the U.S. Department of Agriculture and South Sound Solar to host this event
Solar 101 is a workshop designed to help homeowners decide for themselves whether solar is right for them.
Kirk Haffner, owner of South Sound Solar, presents this free workshop. Topics covered include how solar works in Western Washington, how to evaluate your own site’s solar potential, solar incentives and tax credits currently available, and system costs and returns. If allowed by the host, a free site assessment is available for all attendees. ($95 value. Design charges may apply.)
