Olympia Harbor Days (OHD) an annual non-profit festival, celebrates the return of the vintage tugboats of the Puget Sound to Olympia for three days of entertainment, food, art, history and a last farewell to summer. Vintage tugboats, retired or working, are moored at Olympia’s Percival Landing where you can Tour the Tugs on Saturday. Kirk Haffner, owner of South Sound Solar, presents this free workshop. Topics covered include how solar works in Western Washington, how to evaluate your own site’s solar potential, solar incentives and tax credits currently available, and system costs and returns.
